Ms. Dondzila has more than 35 years of finance and accounting experience in the global capital markets and investment industries. She previously served as Chief Accounting Officer and Finance Officer of NewRez LLC, a non-bank mortgage services provider, from September 2019 to March 2023, Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Ocwen Financial Corporation (and GMAC ResCap, a predecessor organization acquired by Ocwen in February 2013), a mortgage servicing company, from May 2008 to May 2019. Prior to 2008, Ms. Dondzila served in various roles with a government sponsored mortgage services company, a global investment firm, and a multinational accounting firm. Ms. Dondzila received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, from Washington University in St. Louis in 1984, and her Harvard Business Analytics Program certificate in 2021.

Mr. Nevin has 25+ years of financial and capital markets experience, holding senior leadership positions at The London Stock Exchange (LSEG), including Managing Director of the Funds, Research and Content business lines, Managing Director and Head of Data Solutions, and CFO for the Information Services division and drove transformational growth across a portfolio of data and analytics businesses, including Lipper, Starmine, Real Time Exchange Data, SEDOL, and other data and analytics products. As CFO, James was responsible for global business performance, financial oversight, reporting, accounting, finance operations, and tax for a diverse set of financial services offerings that included FTSE Russell Indexes. He has also held key corporate finance roles at a number of investment banks and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having started his career at Deloitte. James holds a degree from the University of Nottingham.
